By visiting uplit.shop, purchasing a product, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced here. Do not use the website or place an order if you do not agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase from this website.
You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You may not transmit malicious code, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse any portion of the service.
PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, proportions, materials, and details accurately. Screen settings, manufacturing variations, garment-dye processes, and production methods may cause minor differences between images and the product received.
Product availability, sizing, designs, prices, and specifications may change without notice.
Many UPLIT products are produced after an order is placed. Made-to-order production does not reduce any rights you may have regarding defective, damaged, incorrect, or misrepresented goods.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency selected or assigned for your region. Currency conversions may be approximate and can change.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, import fees, and other charges may be shown during checkout. Customers are responsible for charges not collected at checkout unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-information errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is accepted for production.
ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Product or fulfillment unavailability
- Shipping restrictions
- Violation of these Terms
If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Because production may begin shortly after an order is submitted, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
Any cancellation rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING
Products may be manufactured, printed, packed, and shipped by third-party fulfillment providers from different facilities depending on product availability and the delivery destination.
Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may result from carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather, address problems, supply limitations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
Risk of loss and legal title transfer according to applicable law and the shipping terms presented during checkout.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to customs processing, import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or local charges.
Unless expressly collected during checkout, these charges may be assessed by the destination country and are generally the customer’s responsibility. Customs requirements and delivery times vary by country.
We may restrict shipping to locations that our fulfillment providers or carriers cannot serve.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged items, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original designs, artwork, graphics, logos, photographs, written content, product names, and website materials belonging to UPLIT are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, scrape, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the design or grant reproduction rights.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store is hosted by Shopify, and certain products may be fulfilled through third-party service providers.
Third-party services, payment systems, carriers, and external links may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services beyond what applicable law requires.
REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS
If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion, comment, or other material, you confirm that:
- You have the right to submit it
- It does not violate another person’s rights
- It is not unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or malicious
- It does not contain harmful software
